"Oh my goodness, my customer service girl - I think it was a cold call because I have searched for car insurance on the Internet before, but I wasn’t looking at the time - but she was so cheery and pleasant and positive and professional and informed and capable it first inspired me to hear what she had to say what sort of numbers she could give me, and certainly State Farm what is ready willing and able to save me money from my current insurance and I Switched!
